Eden Burns is a DJ and producer hailing from the deep south of Aotearoa/New Zealand. Early endeavours as part of the duo „Sandboards“ already introduced him to a wider audience, but it was not until he launched the „Big Beat Manifesto“ series on Public Possession that things really picked up for him. The series currently standing at Volume VII with number VIII already lined up, has been an instant success with dancers, D.J.s & press alike. Mixmag voted him into their top 20 artists to check out in their 2022 poll. Those who listen to his records know why, his productions are versatile, yet have a very distinct sound. Eden has the rare gift of touching a beat and instantly making it his own, even though his output is genre fluid ranging from straight up tech house to disco, acid, pop, dub and beyond… This gift as a producer and the high consistency and quality of his output has soon led to Eden being a very in demand D.J., travelling everywhere from New Zealand, Australia, Japan and Indonesia, to playing his first, booked out EU tour in 2022.
Equally versatile as his productions are his D.J. sets where he practices a habit of weaving sets that are rich and unpredictable, interspersing phases of driving momentum with joyful curveballs and blissful reveries — moments that feel like turning the corner on a precipice and suddenly seeing ocean.
