RETURNS
You have 14 business days to notify us by mail to cancel or return your order, for any reason, and without explanation, if the goods are being shipped within the European Union.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that are in 100% original condition, meaning they must be in the same state as when you received them. (New, unworn, unwashed, including tags and in resellable condition)
Please contact shop@publicpossession.com to arrange a return or exchange, and someone will get in touch with you with more details. You may only return your item or items at this point. Returns that are sent without prior communication will be sent back to the sender.
All returns are at the customer’s expense. Public Possession assumes no responsibility for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Therefore, we recommend using a registered postal service with a tracking number. If you are located in Munich, you may return items in-store, but the same steps outlined above must still be followed.

EXCHANGES
The quickest way to receive the desired item is to return the one you currently have following the steps above. Once your return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Returns from nations outside of the EU
The aforementioned procedures and guidelines will be applicable if you want to return your item or items and do not reside in the EU, but there are additional considerations to make. Every item must be reported to customs, and the customer is responsible for paying import taxes. We will deduct the amount from your refund if we are charged for items that were not disclosed. We won’t take action and send the order back to the customer at his own cost if a package is detained at customs and requires payment to be released.
